With 15 year experience as a voice-over and on camera talent Elba can be heard on commercials, industrial videos, and voice mail systems for CA Teachers Association, Lucky Stores, Mervyn’s, Kaiser Permanente, Bank of America, American Airlines, and Paramount’s Great America. She started her career working as a television producer and director over 25 years ago. She has worked for Telemundo in Puerto Rico and Univision in the United States. Fluent in Spanish and English.
